Crumbs is a place for what usually stays on the table after the work is done.
Ideas that were not big enough to become something else. Thoughts that did not earn a roadmap. Notes written between commits, songs, flights, late nights, or moments of doubt. Fragments, sketches, half formed certainties.
This is not a manifesto, a guide, or a promise of consistency. It is a collection of traces. Technical reflections, personal observations, creative impulses, frustrations, and small discoveries that would otherwise disappear.
Some posts will be precise. Others will be messy. Some may contradict each other. That is intentional. Growth rarely happens in straight lines.
Crumbs exists to slow things down. To leave evidence of thinking, not just outcomes. To remember that behind software, tools, music, and ideas there is always a human trying to make sense of things, most of the time making mistakes, often fucking huge ones.
